Charlie obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Building Surveying at Thames Polytechnic (now Greenwich University) in 1984. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1991 becoming a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has been with the company since its creation in 1990 and was a Director of the firm until July 2017.
