Brian is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation. Having graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Management he then furthered his studies achieving a Diploma with Merit in Surveying from the College of Estate Management.
He joined LPS in 1993 and is currently the Valuation Officer responsible for valuing the several premises in Gibraltar and for creating and maintaining the Valuation List.
