An employment opportunity has arisen for the post of Caretaker within the commercial property management section of the organisation.

This is a permanent and pensionable position; individuals interested in applying should ideally have a multi discipline construction/maintenance background and/or skilled trade qualification. Previous experience is not essential but may be an advantage.

A competitive salary is offered with the requirement to serve “on call” as necessary with additional remuneration including after normal hours duties.

The successful applicant will be a responsible individual who will work within the Estate Management team undertaking general repairs and maintenance works and which will also include, (but not limited to), the supervision of contractors, liaison with tenants, attending to fault reports and enforcing the estate rules and regulations.
